Citizen-Police terminals

One of our clients specializes in the automation and dispatching of building engineering systems and industrial control systems. The company received an order for the dispatching and automation of a new metro station.

The client faced the task of installing Citizen-Police terminals with the following requirements:

• Duplex voice communication with the duty officer, with high transmission quality and enhanced audio characteristics;

• One-way video communication with the duty officer (dispatcher);

• Connection to selected IP networks;

• Emergency call to the duty officer with the push of a button;

• Receiving calls from the duty officer automatically or by pressing a button.
